This winter we will start with with the renovation process of the village street and the construction of the other structures that we are transforming into tiny houses. We hope to finish most of our objects before the summer of 2023, so we can start our trial season. In the summer of 2024 we aim to accommodate about 40-70 people.

VILLAGE APPARTMENTS
The houses in village street will be renovated and divided into 10-12 studio apartments.
The studio’s offer space to 2-4 people.
YURT EXPERIENCE
The yurts are traditional handmade Mongolian Gers with a diameter of 6 meters. They are equipped with a double bed, sleeping couch, wood burner and outside deck.
CONTAIN YOUR LIFE
The containers have been used to transport our whole life from Amsterdam to Malhadil. While we slowly start unpacking stuff and freeing up containers, we will transform them into tiny houses.
JAN'S VAN
Jan’s Van is the bus that will take you along a trip without destination. Just because you have already arrived. Enjoy the cosiness of van life on a perfect spot in nature.

Here you can get a sneak peek into our work in progress. Don’t worry you will not be sleeping in ruins and construction sites, but we like to take you along the process of creating our unique accomodations.
SHARED FACILITIES
Swimming pool
Since the summers can get very hot here in the inland of Portugal, we had zero discussion about building a pool. We only needed to agree on the size. Since we are planning to build only one communal pool, we decided we needed a big one. The size is approximately 10×20 meters and has different depths in different areas. The kiddy pool is 50 cm. And the deep end goes down from 1.50 to 1.80. Perfect for chilling, playing and exercising!
Veggie Garden
Our primera Horta wil be a shared vegetable garden where our guests can help maintaining and harvesting the fruits and veggies. You can come here to enjoy the piece and calm of the plants, pick some fresh herbs and enjoy the process of creation.
Artificial Beach
Why move to the beach, when you can move the beach to you? In Amsterdam we spend many years running a beach bar in the center of the city. Dumping sand alongside the canal in front of our bar, has been the best investment ever. In maintenance, pleasure, and as a unique feature. Never change a winning team! So around the swimming pool we will create a spacious artificial beach, surrounded by a tropical garden, with hammocks and nice shady spots. In summer this is more of a necessity than a luxury. We hope you enjoy this little piece of paradise.
Jungle Gym
Physical exercise contributes to overall health. It makes you feel stronger, more confident and more energetic. We love to combine performance with pleasure. Because surely you will appreciate that beautiful glass of wine so much more, if you know you sweated your ass off in the morning. Therefore we will facilitate a nice outdoor gym, where you can find like minded people to push you to your limits. No pain no gain! creation.
Communal Oven
O forno comunitario. The communal oven is present in all the old villages. This is were they used to bake bread and cook home made meals to share during festivities. We will restore the old oven and extend it with a communal kitchen, where you can meet other villagers and share your love for food.
